GLOBAL EDUCATION PERSPECTIVES AND CROSS-CULTURAL TEACHING:

The College of Education at Hudson Bay University is committed to promoting global education perspectives and cross-cultural teaching. Recruitment (HRM-012)

Examines employment laws and regulations. Students will gain an understanding of legal issues in human resource management, including labor laws, discrimination, and employee rights.

Compensation (HRM-287)

Focuses on the principles and practices of supervision in human resource management. Students will learn to lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring productivity and employee development.

Training & Development (HRM-443)

Explores legal principles and regulations relevant to business operations. Students will learn about contract law, intellectual property, and other legal aspects affecting businesses.
